Kids Camps

This form is for the registration of a child for a Black Pine Animal Sanctuary youth summer camp program.  You may register by mail or complete the registration online below.  Payment must be made prior to camp.  To pay online using our secure web server, where we can process a credit card payment, follow the links at the bottom of this page.  All registered campers will receive a confirmation call or letter, so please ensure your mailing address is correct and complete.  Please complete one form per child.  Thank you!

Intended method of registration: 

 

COSTS:  $15.00 per child ages 3-8;  $25.00 per child ages 9-12.  

 

We offer the choice to mail this form along with a check or money order (made out to Black Pine Animal Sanctuary), or you may pay using our secure online storefront using a MasterCard or Visa.  Camp fees are as stated above.  Payment is required with registration to guarantee a spot is reserved for your child(ren).  Thank you.
