"Wild
World of Animals"
This
camp is for children ages 3-6. This hands-on camp allows campers to
observe a variety of animals from around the world. Lean what
animals eat and what they need from the environment in order to
survive. Observe and discuss the differences in physical
characteristics that help animals survive in their varied natural
habitats, including jungles and trees, deserts, and hot and cold
climates. Discuss how animals rely on nature to thrive and
survive. A special enrichment activity will allow campers to expand
the minds of our animal residents. Camp includes a guided
educational tour, snack, special craft activity and a visit from an
outreach program animal. This camp allows, and requires, one parent
or guardian to attend with their child(ren). Camp limit is 15
children.

"Safari
Supper"
This
camp is for children ages 7-12. Campers will experience what it
takes to keep our animal residents happy and healthy. Campers will
learn what exotic animals eat in the wild and in captivity. They
will prepare meals for over half of our animal residents, some of which
will be presented
during the 3 p.m. Enrichment Tour. Camp includes a special craft
activity, snack, a visit from an outreach program animal and the guided
educational tour. Camp limit is 20 children.
