Meet & greet & open day at Black Pine - Sunday May 18, 2008  7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Tour Station / Meet Jack Hanna locations will be assigned by seniority based on number of hours volunteered.  Not all slots must be filled.  Manning a tour station during Jack's private tour (from 11 a.m. to 12 noon) will be your only opportunity to meet him unless you are purchasing a ticket to the Embassy show or are standing in line with the public for the "meet and greet" that starts at 12 noon..

Stage Show at the Embassy Theater - Sunday May 18, 2008  4:00 p.m. (VIP Reception 5:30-6:30 p.m.)

Volunteers will be assigned to work at the Embassy based on seniority/hours served.  Volunteers working at the Embassy are not guaranteed an opportunity to meet Jack "privately", though every effort will be made to provide at least an introduction.  (More jobs may be added as the date approaches.)
